Zorbas Group held a series of public awareness campaigns throughout the month of November on the occasion of International Men’s Day, supporting Movember Cyprus’ mission to raise awareness about men’s health and help promote the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer and mental health issues.
In a bid to raise awareness about men’s health among its employees, the Group offered free PSA screening tests to all its male staff members over 35 years old. The screenings were performed onsite at the Group’s various branches across Cyprus, with the help of a mobile blood sampling clinic.
At the same time, as part of the effort to spread awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention of male cancer, several Group employees grew out their moustaches over the past month and then shaved them off at a special event held in collaboration with Movember Cyprus.
Men’s health is everyone’s responsibility!
