Commercial Data Analyst

Καθήκοντα

  • Collect and analyze data from internal systems and prepare standardized reports (sales, cost, profitability, and operational performance).

  • Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and profitability trends to support commercial decision-making.

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analytical insights for the Commercial Manager and senior management.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Analyze sell-through rates, seasonal trends, and promotional performance to support sales and inventory planning.

  • Identify underperforming products, categories, or market segments and highlight growth opportunities.

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.

  • Analyze market research data and prepare summary reports in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Evaluate the performance of commercial activities and campaigns against set targets.

  • Maintain data tables, dashboards, and visualizations and collaborate with departments such as IT, Finance, Marketing, and Retail Operations.

Αναζητάμε

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar data analysis or business intelligence role will be considered an advantage.

  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, interpret, and present data effectively.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute to business improvements.
