Coffee Berry Supervisor

Duties

  • Coordination and support of the shift and the team
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Preparation of beverages according to Coffee Berry specifications
  • Cash register management and daily operations
  • Compliance with procedures, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Ordering products from suppliers, checking quantities and quality, and managing inventory

We look for

  • High School Diploma
  • Good knowledge of Greek & English language
  • Experience in a similar position or in another role in hospitality/food service or retail
  • Team spirit, responsibility, and willingness to learn
  • Client service orientation
