The French Workshop
In 2015, we started to have a presence in the United States of America with the Avant-Garde bakery – pastry shop The French Workshop, in the upscale Queens area of New York. Both locals and the Greek community embraced the new venture, which urged us to create three more stores. Specifically, we opened the second store in 2018 in the Garden City area, the third in 2021 on South Oyster Bay Street, and the fourth in 2023 in the up-and-coming Wantagh location.
The stores offer a differentiated approach to dining, with premium bakery and pastry offerings based on authentic French recipes and Cypriot cuisine. Savoury bakes, freshly baked bread, pastries, and freshly ground coffee are some of the most popular products. In addition to our tasteful flavours, The French Workshop stands out for its modern decoration characterised by French refinement.
